Vic Daniels
Co-founder & Executive Chairman

Vic has worked in online publishing for over two decades. He has enjoyed previous leadership roles in financial markets recruitment and the banking industry.

Graham Morris
Co-founder & CEO

Graham has a tech development background and has worked in online publishing for 20+ years. He sets the commercial direction of the monetisation side of our business and ensures that our technology strategy is aligned to publishing and revenue opportunities.

Robi Buckley
Co-founder & CTO

Robi has worked in commercial web development since around 2009 and has a keen eye for design. When not coding he can be often found at Goodison Park watching his beloved Everton.

Matt Honey
COO

Matt joined the Executive Team having previously run his own successful businesses in recruitment and the automotive sectors. Overseeing daily operations, he ensures that our strategies are effectively implemented and that projects are delivered to meet company goals.

Dan Coombs
Director, Head of Global Sport Content

Dan Coombs has worked for GRV Media since 2012 and has helped the business grow its audience considerably during this period, while managing a team of writers. He has interviewed high profile names including Stuart Pearce and his work has been cited in Javier Hernandez’s biography. In addition to football, Dan is a big fan of the NFL and NBA.

Global Director, Digital Strategy

Ed has been working in digital marketing since 2006, across all aspects of SEO, Social Media and Audience Development. When he’s not in work, he’s likely to be outdoors doing some kind of adrenaline fueled and dangerous sport.

Elliott Sargent
Director, Head of Programmatic

Elliott is a leader in the digital advertising industry with over a decade of Publisher side programmatic experience, including roles at Zoopla and DAZN. Outside of driving programmatic growth for GRV Media, he is a keen golfer and racket sports player.

With over two decades of experience in online publishing and web development, Chris has been with GRV Media from the outset and leads our engineering team.

John Verrall
Director, Deputy Head, Global Sport Content

John has been with GRV Media for well over a decade and helps shape our online strategy. He has managed Premier League club sites and is responsible for starting our tennis and golf sites, transforming the way both sports are covered online. John played tennis at club level and is an avid golfer.

Director, Head of Editorial SEO

Kieran has worked in journalism and digital publishing since late 2014, with a focused interest in editorial SEO and on-page optimisation. When not at work, you will usually find him searching for his ball on the nearest golf course.

Jordan Ellis
Assistant Director, Head of Combat Sport

Jordan oversees Bloody Elbow and Bloody Knockout. He is an established and prominent figure in the world of mixed martial arts with previous in-depth interviews with some of MMA’s biggest stars, including Tom Aspinall, Michael Bisping, and Sean O’Malley. Before joining GRV Media, he was MMA Lead at talkSPORT.
