9 GRV Media sites hit all-time highs in May, Bloody Elbow has best month since October 2018

GRV Media Ltd is pleased to announce that nine of its sports sites hit all-time record page views in May;

67 Hail Hail, F1Oversteer, Sheffield Wednesday News, Southampton News, Sunderland News, The Golfing Gazette, The Tennis Gazette and We Are Palace all broke records last month. Bloody Elbow, acquired by GRV in March, accrued 9.4m page views, its best monthly performance since October 2018.

Dan Coombs, GRV’s Global Head of Sports Content, said: ‘To be breaking all-time highs in football in May is very promising, as traditionally we tend to set records during the summer months transfer window’.

‘We attracted over 6m unique users to our F1, golf and tennis sites last month, incredible for websites that are just a few months old’, said John Verrall, Deputy Global Head of Content, ‘The best is yet to come, and we are moving at pace into cricket, darts, rugby league and snooker too’.

Coombs continued, ‘We are particularly pleased with the performance of Bloody Elbow, as we have been able to attract new audiences in fairly short order. We are also working hard with the launch of Bloody Slam and Bloody Knockout’.

GRV Media continues to build its team of content specialists. If you think you have the experience for a role in our organisation, please send a CV and covering letter to [email protected]
