GRV Media Ltd posted its best month ever in November in terms of revenue and profit. The company was founded in 2002.
The publishing arm of the business saw four websites hit all-time record monthly highs: Bloody Elbow, Leicester City News, NBA Analysis, and Brazillian football website Vamo Futebol.
Vic Daniels, the sports publishers’ Executive Chairman, said: ‘Our previous revenue and profit peak was during Covid, when all eyes were on the internet. It is extremely impressive that we are one of the very few online publishers to be hitting new highs at this moment. I am very proud of our teams and senior leaders.’
‘We also have a lot more gas in the tank, as a number of our emerging sites, like Bloody Knockout, Bloody Slam, TBR Rugby, TBR Rugby League, and The Cricket Gazette have just started to gain some audience traction. We are also launching new websites covering MotoGP and Argentinian football next month.’
Graham Morris, GRV Media’s CEO, said: ‘Our adtech business continues to thrive, and it is very pleasing to see that client revenue is increasing due to our smart ad set-up, and the tech and SEO advisory we work hard to deliver.’
GRV Media is Europe’s largest independent online sports publisher, with tens of millions of sports fans accessing content each month generated by over 40 group websites.
